    This is cool.

I am a Business Analyst for a large company assisting with definition and design for EDW, marts and BI layer. I work directly with BPM leads and their analysts to establish and mature KPIs for new business functions. I've not done this very long, but previously managed a BCP shop of a couple dozen technicians and engineers to affect root cause "repairs" at the code level for desktop tool sets in 23 callcenters worldwide.

This sounds like a cool medium for something, which gets WAY too little attention in most companies until it is late in the game. I also think I have a great deal to learn about what I now do.

How can I help get this going?

Just stay tuned. I haven't had two hours of free time to string together for a while. Right now would be a good time to just compile a list of links and resources. Post away.
